Recipe: Honey Mustard Chicken
This is dead easy and very low syn on SW.
Honey Mustard Chicken (serves as many as you wish)
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. Then open the parcels and add 1/2 tsp honey to each. Bake for a further 5 minutes or so.
We had this a couple of nights back. By itself it was a little dry, but with a baked potato (with pro activ grease rather than butter) and some broccoli it was nice.I've added a little more lemon to the recipe, but you don't want the citrus to take over.
