Well, I expected it to be worse than that!
I weighed myself this morning, and I've put on (in 3 weeks) just under 1 kg. Considering I did very little exercise, ate and drank well and generally didn't think too hard about my weight, I'm quite pleased. I'm aiming to lose 2 kg in the next 4 weeks, through a combination of healthy eating, less alcohol, and a bit more exercise. I've done it before, so I know I can do it again.
By-the-way, my adaptation of the Hairy Dieters butternut squash tortellini was described as "interesting" by Mr FD. I quite liked it (which is lucky, because there's a potfull to go in the freezer!)
